When will the expo be held?
On October 2011, Thursday 06th, opening times: h. 14.30 am - 06.30 pm.
On Friday 07th, and Saturday 08th, opening times: 9.30 am - 06.30 pm.

Can anyone who is not a trade visitor visit the expo?
Free entry is for traders only: schools, students, children, animals and general public are not admitted (even if as companion).

Are children allowed?
No.

Are animals allowed?
No.

I am a professor. I would like to arrange for my class to visit the expo.
Even the tourist-oriented schools are not allowed entry to the show. As it’s a B2B manifestation, the meetings take place exclusively between professionals who require a purely professional counterpart.

How can I get the entrance ticket?
There are 2 possibilities: by registering on-line; in the homepage click the “Online registration “ button and following  the procedure or by registering at the dedicated cash desk in the South and West entrance of the fair. Please remind to keep with you a document proving your activity.

How does the on-line pre-registration work?
Visit the official web site homepage and click the “Online registration “ button; it will be asked to insert your e-mail address. If it is already registered in our social network “TravelTradeItalia”, you simply have to insert username and password. Otherwise it’s needed to choose a username and a password in order to create  your “TTG PASSPORT”, which is a sort of portal to all TTG Italia’s services.
Then you’ll receive a welcome message containing an activation link; click and access to the on-line pre-registration form. Access then to your own private area where you may print the pdf document with the badge to enter the fair. Please note that this service is not available at the moment but it will be active soon.

I didn’t receive the welcome message.
Please check in your anti-spam folder; check the e-mail address you wrote in the registration form.
If needed, try again the pre-registration with the same address or another one.

I’ve got problems with the on-line pre-registration.
The connection could be busy or overloaded. Please try later or tomorrow. You may also explain the problem writing to visitors@ttgitalia.com. If needed register at the dedicated cash desk at the fairground.

May I subscribe a colleague in my Private Zone?
No, your colleague has to fill-in by his own the pre-registration  form, in order to receive his personal username and password.

May a bring with me my wife/husband?
Only in case he/she is a trade visitor (a travel agent).

Have I to prove that I’m a trade visitor?
Yes, you have to keep with you a business card or other documents attesting your activity belongs to the tourism sector.

How do I get to Rimini?
Visit the “useful info” page: http://ttgincontri.it/en-en/general-info
By road: A14 motorway, Rimini Nord exit (3 km) or Rimini Sud exit (7 km);
By train: Milan-Bari line, Rimini Fiera station is 50 metres from the main entrance (station in operation every day during the expo) or Rimini Central;
By air: Rimini, Forlì or Bologna airports.

Which buses go to the expo?
Routes 5, 9 and 10. The ticket costs 1 euro each way.

How can I book a hotel room?

May I have the exhibition map in advance?
It will be distributed at the info points and cash desks of the exhibition. It’s free of charge.
